Outlined below are the terms and conditions of licensing music from Jason Moore Music. Blanket licenses, which cover unlimited use of the library, are available for many different terms. Call to get a customized quote based on your current and future needs.
BROADCAST
All broadcast uses are for a 6 month period only, not in perpetuity. Buyouts in perpetuity are available. Just contact us and we’ll negotiate terms)
Local/Regional TV License (statewide market):
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific TV spot. Does not cover use on other spots or other media outlets other than company website/social media channel.
National TV License:
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific TV spot. Does not cover use on other spots or other media outlets other than company website/social media channel.
Local/Regional Radio License (statewide market):
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific radio spot. Does not cover use on other spots or other media outlets other than company website/social media channel.
National Radio License:
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific radio spot. Does not cover use on other spots or other media outlets other than company website/social media channel.
Episodic Network Television License:
Call for production blanket license for this type of use.
Feature Film/Documentary Film For Broadcast License:
Includes license for a film that is broadcast on TV or streaming on something other than the film’s website. Includes license for DVD duplication and film festivals.
Web Only License:
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific web spot. Only to be aired on company website. Does not cover use on other spots or other media outlets other than company website/social media channel.
Social Media Streaming Only For Personal Use License:
Includes license for perpetual use for the specific web spot/show. Only to be aired on social media platforms and Youtube for personal use. Does not cover company usage or streaming/broadcasting on any other outlets.
Social Media Streaming Only For Business Use License:
Includes license for perpetual use for the specific web spot/show. Only to be aired on social media platforms and Youtube for business use. Does not cover company usage or streaming/broadcasting on any other outlets.
NON-BROADCAST
Video Game License:
Includes license for perpetual use for that specific game. Only to be aired within the game. Does not cover use on promotional materials. May be aired on company website/social media channel.
Small Business Video License (1-50 employees, 51-1000 employees, 1000+ employees):
Includes license for perpetual use for the specific project. Only to be aired internally or at events and on company website. Does not cover streaming/broadcasting on any other outlets.
Non-profit Small Business Video License (1-50 employees, 51-1000 employees, 1000+ employees):
Includes license for perpetual use for the specific project. Only to be aired internally or at events and on company website. Does not cover streaming/broadcasting on any other outlets.
Independent Film License:
Includes license for film festivals and DVD production up to 10,000 copies. No other usage allowed.
Crowdfunding Campaigns License ($1-$10k goal, $10k-$50k goal, $50k-$250k goal, $250k+ goal):
Includes license for crowdfunding efforts on websites, promotional materials, and events. Add’l usages require another license. (ex. Feature film score, tv productions, etc.)
Wedding License:
Includes license for wedding video only to be used on social media platforms, youtube, personal events. Not to be streamed commercially. No other usage allowed.
Home Video License:
Includes license for home video use only to be used on social media platforms, youtube, personal events. Not to be streamed commercially. No other usage allowed.
Slideshow Presentation License:
Includes license for slide show use only to be used on social media platforms, youtube, personal events. Not to be streamed commercially. No other usage allowed.
PODCASTS
Personal Podcast Single Use License:
Includes license for personal use only. May be posted to social media sites and personal sites only that are not for profit. No business use allowed. No other usage allowed.
Personal Podcast Series Use License:
Includes license for personal use only. May be posted to social media sites, Spotify, iTunes, etc. and personal sites only that are not for profit. No business use allowed. No other usage allowed.
Business Podcast Single Use License:
Includes license for business use on all podcasting sites including Spotify, iTunes, etc. No other broadcasting other than podcasting allowed. Single use is a one time use in one episode.
Business Podcast Series Use License:
Includes license for business use on all podcasting sites including Spotify, iTunes, etc. No other broadcasting other than podcasting allowed. Series use includes bumpers and multiple uses of track inside each episode.
